Request for Innovators
Innovators aren’t invited. They show up first.
Inspired by Y Combinator, Request for Innovators seeds the conversation on where Agentic AI meets iGaming. It’s a fraction of what we’re building now — and a guide to where we’re headed next.
If you want to be the Innovator that drives this forward then contact us today to claim this project as our exclusive innovation partner in this area.
Autumn 2026
The iGaming industry has historically been an early adopter of new technologies, but as the focus has turned to deploying replicated products globally and complying with increasingly complex regulations, the opportunity to innovate has taken a back seat. In Autumn 2026 we see the beginning of an opportunity where models, MCPs and harnesses have matured to a point where agents that deliver end-to-end value can move from a one-person automation to a scaled agentic system very quickly.
The Request for Innovators is a call for the people and businesses who have the vision to build on the frontier and begin to bring the iGaming industry back to the forefront of technology.
For Marketing teams
iGaming Content Machine
Contact IanIn sportsbook, relevance has a short half-life — a team news story, an injury before the market moves, a result while people are still arguing about it. By the time a conventional content calendar catches up, the moment's gone, and most operators end up talking to customers only when they have an offer to push. This one's already a working product: it turns live news, fixtures and market movement into a daily editorial agenda, then produces web, email, push and social content against it, with a human keeping final approval before anything ships. It's live for implementation now — the ask is an operator willing to plug in their own data sources and brand rules.
Paid Social Media
Contact VladPaid-social campaigns rarely fail because someone forgets how to buy media. Performance is lost in the gaps — between research, audience selection, creative, campaign setup, landing pages and optimisation. Each handoff loses signal, so teams run fewer tests and learn slower than the platforms they're buying from. We're looking for an operator to sponsor a tightly scoped POC on one acquisition or reactivation journey: one agentic system carrying a single campaign's hypothesis, audience, creative, budget and landing page end to end, publishing through Meta and TikTok's own tooling, with jurisdiction, consent and responsible-gambling rules enforced as hard constraints — not an afterthought bolted on once it's live.
Organic Social
Contact VladA goal goes in, a favourite loses, a phrase starts spreading through a community — for a few hours, thousands of people feel the same thing. Most social teams want to catch that moment; the workflow required to spot it, get it approved and publish it rarely moves fast enough, across every brand, country and platform they're expected to cover. We want an operator to sponsor a narrow proof of concept — one brand, one country — for an agentic loop that researches what's happening now, drafts brand-safe creative, tests it against a synthetic audience before it goes live, and learns from what actually performs. Not more content. A social team with a memory.
Retention Engine
Contact VladA player starts disappearing, and the retention team reaches for the easiest lever: another bonus. It works for a day, they redeem it, then vanish again — the operator never learns whether the reward actually changed anything. The Retention Engine is built to find the next best non-bonus action instead — product discovery, recognition, a fixed journey friction point, relevant content, or genuinely no action — by comparing every option's expected value and cost for that player. Sponsor a bounded POC on one retention problem and find out what actually keeps players around before you reach for a bonus.
Bonus Recommendation Engine
Contact VladMost operators are very good at distributing bonuses and much worse at knowing whether the player needed one. A customer gets free spins right before a deposit they'd already planned; the campaign counts it as a win, but the money moved for nothing. The Bonus Recommendation Engine decides, player by player, whether to bonus at all, which vertical and mechanic, and the smallest value likely to change behaviour — with "no bonus" as a valid, common answer. It's already a working product, built for sportsbook, casino, bingo and poker — the ask is an operator ready to plug it into their own commercial rules and player data.
For Product teams
iGaming Agentic Software Factory
Contact IanA product idea that isn't prioritised isn't dead — it's just too expensive to test cheaply. Most concepts die in the backlog because validating them costs nearly as much as building them. The Factory turns a rough idea into a working MVP against synthetic operator systems — PAMs, wallets, odds feeds, casino catalogues — before a single production integration exists, then hands over the exact data contract needed to go live. Bring us the idea your roadmap can't prioritise and sponsor a POC to find out if it's worth building for real. At the end you get a production-ready repo with your idea, no matter what the outcome.
Digital Twin
Contact VladYou can't test a new feature properly without behaving like it lives inside a real operator — but production is real money and real player data, and staging is usually incomplete. The Digital Twin recreates the players, wallets, bets, bonuses and events around casino and sportsbook products with synthetic data, so teams can exercise a new journey, integration or agent safely before touching anything live. Sponsor the first bounded build and get a reusable proving ground your team can keep testing against.
Agentic Trust Plane
Contact VladDeploying agents without a shared, governed foundation means every team ends up with its own unrestricted model key, and eventually someone asks who can access what, with which data, and how much it's costing. The Trust Plane installs an operator-owned AI gateway inside your own AWS account — one place to control approved models, identities, budgets, rate limits and usage logs — so every agent you add after it inherits the same control instead of starting from zero. Sponsor an Operator AI Gateway pilot and give security a real answer instead of a policy document.
